  Honey

  We source our Community Fair Trade honey from Bezamar in Ethiopia. The honey is made in the Bale Eco-Region, where hives are handcrafted from locally grown bamboo. The raw comb is harvested and the honey is separated, filtered and tested for quality. These traditional methods promote strong, healthy bees and deter logging. Our organic honey, harvested from wild bees, is supplied by our Community Trade partner in Zambia, North Western Bee Products. The organization is helping to improve the quality of life for around 6,000 beekeepers. Because we pay a fair price, about 50% more than the price of other imported honeys, communities have been able to improve the standard of education, and more families can afford to send their children to school. By producing just four buckets of honey a year, a beekeeper can put his or her child through junior school for a year!

Use two to three times a week for maximum effect. Regular exfoliating and massaging can help tone and firm the skin. Use after cleansing with Pink Grapefruit Bath & Shower Gel or Soap. When dry, moisturize with Pink Grapefruit Body Butter or Puree Body Lotion.
