  Aloe

  Our Community Fair Trade organic aloe vera comes from Guatemala. The aloe leaves are hand-harvested, hand-washed and hand-filleted within 12 hours to preserve the freshness of the gel. Our trade generates vital income for the farmers of the El Progreso region and has helped to supply educational materials to over 100 schools.   Honey

  We source our Community Fair Trade honey from Bezamar in Ethiopia. The honey is made in the Bale Eco-Region, where hives are handcrafted from locally grown bamboo. The raw comb is harvested and the honey is separated, filtered and tested for quality. These traditional methods promote strong, healthy bees and deter logging.   Olive Oil

  Is a natural moisturizer for normal to dry skin. It also helps condition hair, and give it a silky shine. Our olive oil is organic, and comes from our Community Trade partners in southern Italy.

Water (Solvent/Diluent), Glyceryl Stearate (Emulsifier), Cetearyl Alcohol (Emulsifier), Distearoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate (Antistatic Agent), Glycerin (Humectant), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Fragrance (Fragrance), Hydroxypropyl Guar (Emulsion stabilizer, Viscocity increasing agent), Salicylic Acid (Preservative/Hair Conditioner), Camelina Sativa Seed Oil (Skin-Conditioning Agent), Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil (Emollient), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Skin Conditioning Agent), Pentaclethra Macroloba Seed Oil (Skin-Conditioning Agent), Citric Acid (pH Adjuster), Tocopherol (Antioxidant).

Mix a small amount in the hands with water to create lather. Massage into the scalp and rinse thoroughly. Follow with Radiance Conditioner.

The pracaxi tree grows in the wet tropical climate along the Delta of Amazonas River and its precious seeds are cold pressed for its oil. Manketti nut oil is traditionally used as a body rub during the dry African winter to moisturise skin. We buy Community Trade honey from organic sources in Africa and sugar from the Montillo Co-operative in Paraguay. Our trade rewards local suppliers fairly for their expertise, and helps them invest in their futures.
