thebodyshop-usa.com offers you free Ground shipping on orders over $50, after item discounts and before tax. Simply select "UPS Ground" when choosing your shipping option during checkout. Delivery time is up to 7 business days from order date. Ground shipping available in the continental U.S. only.

Shipping speed options:

• Ground
  Place your order by 3 PM Eastern Time and you'll receive your order within 7 business days. This option is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Two Day
  Place your order by 3 PM Eastern Time and you'll receive your items within 2 business days.
• Next Day
  Order by 3 PM Eastern Time and your items will be delivered the next business day. This option is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

• We ship to street addresses in all 50 states: the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
• We're sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes, or international addresses, including Canada, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) at this time.
• Business Days: We will process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
• UPS Ground and UPS Overnight are not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
